IL25 Effector Reporter Cell(Adherent)

I. Background
      IL-17 家族是一個包含 6 種細(xì)胞因子的家族，包括 IL-17A、IL-17B、IL-17C、IL-17D、 IL-17E（也稱 IL-25）和 IL-17F。其中 IL-17A 是促炎信號的關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動因子，由輔助性 T17 （Th17）細(xì)胞分泌，在自身免疫疾病中起著重要作用。該家族細(xì)胞因子在免疫反應(yīng)和炎癥 中發(fā)揮作用，并可能通過激活多種通路來介導(dǎo)信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)。IL17 受體家族包含 5 個成員（IL- 17RA 至 RE），其中 IL-17RA 是通用亞基，與配體特異性亞基（IL-17RB 結(jié)合 IL-25、IL- 17RC 結(jié)合 IL-17A/F、IL-17RE 結(jié)合 IL-17C）形成異源二聚體復(fù)合物。

      IL-25，也稱為 IL-17E，在免疫系統(tǒng)中扮演著復(fù)雜的雙重角色。作為 2 型免疫核心驅(qū)動 因子，主要由黏膜上皮細(xì)胞分泌，通過激活 ILC2 細(xì)胞和 Th2 細(xì)胞，誘導(dǎo) IL-4/IL-5/IL-13 釋 放，介導(dǎo)抗蠕蟲免疫、過敏反應(yīng)（如哮喘嗜酸粒細(xì)胞浸潤）及組織修復(fù)（杯狀細(xì)胞增生）。 其過度活化是過敏性鼻炎、特應(yīng)性皮炎的核心病理機(jī)制。
 
II. Description
      IL25 Effector Reporter Cell(Adherent)報(bào)告基因藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內(nèi) IL25 的信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過程，原理見下圖所示。
