I. Background | |
HHLA2(也稱為 B7H5、B7H7 或 B7y)是 B7 家族的一員,它是 I 型跨膜蛋白,由具 有串聯(lián) IgV1-IgC-IgV2 結(jié)構(gòu)域的細(xì)胞外部分、跨膜區(qū)域和細(xì)胞質(zhì)尾部組成。HHLA2 低表達(dá) 于胎盤、腸道上皮細(xì)胞等,高表達(dá)于多種實(shí)體瘤(如肺癌、乳腺癌、結(jié)直腸癌、腎癌)及 炎癥微環(huán)境。HHLA2 具有雙向免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能:結(jié)合抑制性受體 KIR3DL3(NK 細(xì)胞)和未 知 T 細(xì)胞受體,傳遞抑制信號,減弱抗腫瘤免疫應(yīng)答;通過受體 TMIGD2 激活 PI3K-AKT 通路,促進(jìn) T 細(xì)胞存活及記憶形成。 | |
