Claudin18是位于細(xì)胞膜表面緊密連接的主要成分，它在維持細(xì)胞極性和屏障功能以及促進(jìn)耐酸能力方面起著重要作用。CLDN18的第一個(gè)外顯子可以選擇性剪接，形成兩個(gè)具有高度同源氨基酸序列的不同剪接突變體(CLDN18.1和CLDN18.2)。跨膜蛋白CLDN18由兩個(gè)細(xì)胞外環(huán)、四個(gè)跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個(gè)細(xì)胞質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)域組成。 | |
