糖皮質(zhì)激素誘導(dǎo)的腫瘤壞死因子受體相關(guān)蛋白(GITR,也稱為 TNFRSF18 或 CD357),屬于腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族(TNFRSF),它在多種免疫細(xì)胞上表達(dá),包括 效應(yīng) T 細(xì)胞和調(diào)節(jié)性 T 細(xì)胞。GITR 在調(diào)節(jié)免疫系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮重要作用,尤其是在 T 細(xì)胞的 活化和調(diào)節(jié)性 T 細(xì)胞(Treg)的功能中。 | |
